Using Executive Inbox

Executive Inbox is a personal, self-hosted tool operated for its owner. There is no public signup, subscription, or offer of service to visitors.

Availability

Operation depends on the owner's Mac being awake, the relevant user session being logged in, local services running, and internet access being available for Google and WhatsApp. Interruptions, expired account permissions, and provider restrictions can delay or prevent reminders, summaries, or account access.

Owner review

The owner reviews reminders, voice transcripts, inferred dates, and proposed actions before relying on them. Calendar creation requires explicit owner confirmation. Email triage categories are simple organizational hints; messages do not authorize changes or external communications.

The owner controls connected accounts and the local deployment, including stopping services, revoking access, and deleting local data. The privacy page describes data handling.
