How Executive Inbox handles data

Connected accounts

With the owner's consent, Executive Inbox reads selected Google accounts' email metadata and short snippets for local, read-only inbox triage. It does not send, draft, archive, delete, or mark email as read. Email text is treated as untrusted source material and cannot authorize actions.

For the primary connected account, the assistant reads Calendar events and availability. It creates Calendar events only after the owner confirms the proposed event.

Storage and delivery

Authorization credentials are encrypted in local storage, and database and configuration backups are encrypted. Task and account records are held in the local database. Email triage reports contain short plaintext snippets and metadata in private local files protected by owner-only file permissions.

Calendar summaries and reminders are delivered to the owner over WhatsApp through Meta. Google and Meta receive the requests or messages needed to provide their respective services. This deployment is configured for local inference and voice transcription.

Use and control

Executive Inbox does not sell account data, use it for advertising, or use it to train models. These public pages contain no analytics, advertising, scripts, or forms.

The owner can revoke Google access through Google Account connections and ask the local operator to remove connected credentials and locally stored data. The operator can also delete private triage files and retained backups. Revoking access stops future authorized API access; it does not itself erase existing local files or messages already delivered through WhatsApp.
